Offer a suggestion for Stickypassword. an icon tha

An icon that runs in windows operating system, that stays ON TOP all of the time. I now have to go to tray , or use an extension to fill in Name and Password.
If there was an always on top icon, i could just click that to get my passwords and name. This way , for example. i could use it in edge today, not actually autofill, but be handy nearby.
and when a game application or a client is started, the always on top icon is right there available for use. If i play screen game or application icon in tray is unavailable at that moment. But an always on top icon would be right here NOW.
